Fit chocolate chip’s fitness journey is full of ups and downs, and I am sure I am not the only one to go through this. One week you’ll be really pumped, and the next, well, you’ll deflate. That’s how it goes. But don’t give up! And don’t get discouraged.

On that note… goals help to stay motivated. It is nice to have something to work towards, and you are much more likely to accomplish things, if you have a goal to accomplish them! It’s simple.

SO, my current fitness goal is to *drum roll please*

COMPLETE A HALF-MARATHON!!!!!

This is big stuff people! 13.1 miles! My sister and I are undergoing training as we speak, I started about 4 weeks ago and it is going good (not great).

After lots of research I decided on a Beginner Half-Marathon Plan. You can find it here. There are so many free plans out there. And for the next couple weeks. I will keeping you updated on the progress, I’ve made. We can do it!
