Half Marathon Training Week 8

Just completed week 8 of half marathon training…


Here is a recap of what went down this week:

Tuesday: 3.03 miles @ 11:13 pace

Thursday: 4.02 miles @ 10:53 pace

Friday: 9 mile bike ride

Saturday: 5.01 miles @11:35 pace

Total of 12 running miles… at pretty slow paces at that.

As you may have noticed, We took a few weeks off. We had some trips planned, sicknesses had, we still haven’t chosen a half marathon that we are going to do. So the time crunch and motivation of a dead line isn’t there yet.

Don’t worry though… half marathon is happening.
